First Community Outreach for Children Affected by Sickle Cell Disease

New Day Initiative successfully carried out its first community outreach visit to support vulnerable children affected by sickle cell disease.

During the visit, our team met with children and their families, listened to their challenges, and learned more about their urgent needs. We provided encouragement, raised awareness about their situation, and assessed how New Day Initiative can continue supporting them through future programs and community action.

This outreach strengthened our commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children through hope, compassion, and meaningful action. We are grateful to everyone who believes in our mission and supports our efforts to create a brighter future for children in Uganda.
