Finding Purpose in the Unspoken

Some experiences change the course of our lives forever.

Through both my personal journey and my work as a Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Malawi, I have encountered many individuals and families carrying stories of loss, grief, resilience and hope.

I have listened to women facing infertility. I have met families navigating miscarriage and stillbirth. I have witnessed the pain of infant and child loss, and I have seen how grief can affect every aspect of a person’s life.

Yet many of these experiences remain unspoken.

People often suffer quietly, carrying burdens that others cannot see.

The Unspoken Journey with Thokozile was born from a desire to create a space where these conversations can happen openly, honestly, and compassionately.

A space where grief is acknowledged.

A space where healing is possible.

A space where stories are honoured.

A space where people know they are not alone.

As we prepare for the official launch, my hope is that this platform will help create greater awareness, understanding, and support for those navigating loss and healing.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is give voice to what has been left unspoken.

💜 You are not alone.
